MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION The Academy Club is for adult fans of 'adult school', 'maid' and similar games. Events, etc. are for members' private enjoyment only. Members must be 18 or over and may only enjoy our events if all are aware of the implications & freely give informed consent. No minor may see our wares or take part in events, no member to publicise the Club without Miss Prim's agreement, no names or addresses of members to be disclosed without permission. Members get Miss Prim's direct phone number to arrange their interview, a copy of the current Muir Journal, plus the Prospectus and Interview Guide, and Member-only bulletins for a year, with Member to Member adverts.

I apply to join The Academy Club. I agree fully with the principles above and be bound by them, am 18 or older and agree to my name & address being recorded on computer.

The fee is £25 from UK, £30 from Europe, £35 from N America and the rest of the world. Please make cheques or POs to T.A.C. You can also pay by most Credit Cards - send your card number, the expiry date, the issue number (if a Switch card) and the registered address if different to the one given below.
